This article provides an overview of new features in the Fortanix Filesystem Encryption (FSE)-Windows 2.10.235 release.

Fortanix FSE for Windows now supports quorum-based operations, automatically initiating and handling quorum approval requests for init, mount, and KEK rotation (JIRA: FSE-529).

3. Known Issues
The Fortanix FSE agent does not restrict access to files such as databases and logs by default. This means that unauthorized users might access them (JIRA: FSE-185).
Workaround: Set file permissions to ensure only the Fortanix FSE Agent’s service account and authorized administrators can access these files.
