1. Overview
This article provides an overview of new features and resolved issues in the Fortanix Filesystem Encryption (FSE)-Windows 2.6.195 release.
2. New Features
Added support for configurable Breakglass output visibility in Fortanix FSE Agent for Windows (JIRA: FSE-390).

3. Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where the Fortanix FSE Agent running as a Windows Service was vulnerable to named pipe squatting attacks (JIRA: FSE-161).
4. Known Issues
The Fortanix FSE agent does not restrict access to files such as databases and logs by default. This means that unauthorized users might access them (JIRA: FSE-185).
Workaround: Set file permissions to ensure only the Fortanix FSE Agent’s service account and authorized administrators can access these files.
