1. Overview
This article provides an overview of new features, improvements, and API updates in the Fortanix Armor and Identity and Access Management (IAM) 25.12 release.
2. New Features
Fortanix Armor now supports regional deployments of the Fortanix Key Insight solution, enabling in-region data processing and storage to meet data sovereignty requirements (JIRA: PLAT-4889).
Users can now, select the desired Region (European Union or North America) when accessing the Fortanix Key Insight solution from the Available Solutions page.

3. Improvements
Enhanced the account switch confirmation user interface (UI) when switching between Fortanix Armor accounts in different browser tabs, clarifying that only one account can be active per browser session (JIRA: PLAT-5118).
4. API Updates
The Fortanix Armor APIs path has been updated to include the target region. The new format is
/api/v1/discovery/<region>/<...path>(JIRA: PLAT-4890).For more information, refer to Fortanix Armor API Documentation.
