Your Hardware Enablement Stack (HWE) is supported until April 2025. What does this mean?

When you log in to Fortanix DSM you see the message “Your Hardware Enablement Stack (HWE) is supported until April 2025”. This allows for long-term support (LTS) releases to take advantage of hardware compatibility and performance improvements without having to upgrade to a newer Ubuntu version. Fortanix will take care of any upgrades of OS components.
