Your Hardware Enablement Stack (HWE) is supported until April 2025. What does this mean?

When you log in to Fortanix DSM you see the message “ Your Hardware Enablement Stack (HWE) is supported until April 2025”. This allows for long-term support (LTS) releases to take advantage of hardware compatibility and performance improvements without having to upgrade to a newer Ubuntu version. Fortanix will take care of any upgrades of OS components.
