# How to restrict access to Fortanix Confidential Computing Manager?

You can restrict a user's access to making changes in Fortanix Confidential Computing Manager (CCM) by having an administrator in the CCM account set the user's role to one of the following:

- In an **Administrator** role, a user is automatically added to all the CCM groups as **Group administrator** by default and cannot be removed from the group.
- In a **Viewer** role, a user is automatically added to all the CCM groups as a **Group auditor** by default and they cannot be removed from the group.
- In an******Editor** role, a user can be manually added to a CCM group as a Group administrator or auditor and can be removed from the group.
