Fortanix Customer-Restricted User Registration Process

1.0 Introduction

This article describes the complete registration process to register as a user on the Fortanix Documentation Portal and access customer-restricted content.

2.0 Register for the Fortanix Documentation Portal (First-time Users)

To access the Fortanix customer-restricted content, complete the following steps to create your account.

Open the invitation email sent to your registered email address.
In the email, click Activate your account.

On the registration page, create a password for your account.
1. Enter your password.
2. Confirm your password.
3. Click Login.

You will be automatically redirected to the Fortanix home page. Click Login on the top-right corner of the page to log in.

Log in using your email address and password.

You will be redirected to the Fortanix Documentation Portal and will now have access to customer-restricted content.

3.0 Register for the Fortanix Documentation Portal (Returning Users)

If you have already registered, follow these steps to sign in to the Fortanix Documentation Portal.

1. Open the Fortanix Documentation Portal: https://support.fortanix.com

2. Follow the Steps 4-6 from the previous section.

4.0 Frequently Asked Questions

I cannot find the invitation email. What should I do?
Check your Spam or Junk folder.
The invitation link has expired. What should I do?
Contact Fortanix Support to request a new invitation.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? and follow the prompts to reset your password.
