# DSM Accelerator [4.27] - April 11, 2024

## 1. Overview

This article provides an overview of general improvements in the Fortanix Data Security Manager (DSM) Accelerator 4.27 release.

## 2. New Features/Improvements

- **DSM Accelerator Webservice**
  - Added HMAC support for the DSM ccelerator Webservice (**JIRA: PM-244**). *For more details, refer to the* [*Developer's Guide: DSM Accelerator Web Service.*](/v1/docs/dsm-accelerator-webservice-developer-guide)
- **DSM Accelerator JCE Provider**
  - Added HMAC support for DSM Accelerator JCE Provider (**JIRA: PM-244)**. *For more details, refer to the* [*Developer’s Guide: DSM Accelerator JCE Provider*](/v1/docs/dsm-accelerator-jce-provider-developer-guide)*.*
- **DSM Accelerator PKCS#11**

## 3. Fortanix Data Security Manager Accelerator Performance Statistics
