This article provides an overview of improvements and quality updates in the Fortanix Confidential Computing Manager (CCM) 4.1 release.
1. Prerequisites
A container registry account to push the converted application container Image(s).
2. Improvements
CCM SaaS:
The Trusted Computing Base (TCB) policy for Data Center Attestation Primitives (DCAP) attestation in Fortanix CCM is now updated.
The DCAP attestation now uses Fortanix Provisioning Certification Caching Service (PCCS) to fetch DCAP artifacts for enrolling a node agent.
3. Quality Updates
Cassandra is now upgraded to version 5.0.
4. Limitations
Fortanix has a fair usage policy in this Early Customer Access Program. Hence, Fortanix has limited the resources one can create per account. Therefore, it is expected to observe a resource creation failure message once you have reached the maximum limit.
